We’re realistic at Lantern – we know a lot of our customers don’t read their policy wordings. But we also know that this can become an issue at claim time, when people occasionally discover they’re not covered for something they thought their policy covered, or the level of cover that we provide is different to their understanding.
There are also important changes to home insurance that we think customers need to know, and that we’re committed to communicating as widely as possible.
So a few of us here got together to think of an innovative, entertaining  and fun way we could communicate key aspects of our Echelon home cover.  We also enlisted the help of our good friends, NZ Breaker Mika Vukona and Cocksy the builder.
