Archibald & Shorter Roverland Promotion

Terms and conditions

This promotion is offered by Lantern Insurance, a business division of IAG New Zealand Limited (“IAG NZ”) and is open to all new and existing customers who purchase a Lantern Insurance motor vehicle insurance policy (“Lantern Policy”) upon purchasing a motor-vehicle from Archibald and Shorter Roverland North Shore (“Archibald & Shorter”). To be eligible, the Lantern Policy must be purchased within the period of 28 June 2010 – 30 September 2010 (“Promotional Period”). For the avoidance of doubt, the renewal of an existing Lantern Insurance policy does not qualify for entry in the prize draw.
If a customer purchases a motor-vehicle from Archibald and Shorter they will be given the opportunity to also purchase a Lantern Policy for that vehicle at the point of sale. If a Lantern Policy is not purchased at the point of sale then the customer has five working days to complete the purchase in order to be eligible for this promotion. Once the policy has been confirmed by Lantern Insurance, the customer’s name will automatically be entered into the draw to win the Prize.
Employees of IAG NZ and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
The prize is the total of the annual premium(s) for the Lantern Policy purchased by the customer (“Prize”) If the entrant has paid all or part of this premium, it will be refunded and any premium amount left outstanding will be waived.
The winner will be drawn at random from all qualifying entrants on 5 October 2010
The Prize winner will be notified by telephone and by follow-up letter. If the winner does not accept the Prize within a reasonable period after the draw (determined by IAG NZ at its sole discretion), the Prize may be redrawn.
The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
In accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to participate in any reasonable publicity arrangements that IAG NZ may require in relation to the promotion.
To be eligible to win the Prize, an entrant must be over the age of 18 years of age.
Lantern Insurance is an exclusive distributor of NZI insurance products, which are underwritten by IAG New Zealand Limited.
