If you need to make a claim for damage to your car that is repairable, we’ll either arrange to repair the vehicle or we’ll pay you the cost of the repairs once they’re determined by our assessor.
If your car is damaged and it’s not economic to repair it, we’ll pay you its market value. If the damage occurred within 12 months of you purchasing the car new, we may replace the car or, if the same model and specification is no longer available, we’ll reimburse you the actual price you paid.
